RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

We do not offer Returns, refunds or exchanges unless your product is faulty. In most cases, faulty products will be replaced or repaired. Our policy lasts 10 days from receiving or purchasing your product, after 10 days we cannot process any requests for faulty products. To be eligible, your product must be unused, unworn and in its original packaging.

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are not eligible for any custom-made pieces.

SIZING

We do not offer resizing or returns, refunds, and exchanges for incorrect ring sizing choices by the customer. Therefore Please ensure you order the correct size and check your ring size prior to purchase. You can refer to our size guide here.

​Please note sizing of our rings can vary ever so slightly (plus or minus 0.5mm - 2mm) due to the product being handmade. If you are ever unsure if the size of a ring is correct for you, please contact us.

CARE AND DAMAGE

In the case of product breakage or missing stones within the first year of purchasing your product, we can assess your piece for a free replacement or repair if deemed a manufacturing fault. Fees may apply upon assessment.

‘Matilda Foley’ is not responsible for any damage, breakage or general wear due to customers’ mistreatment of the product after purchase. ‘Matilda Foley’ is not liable for any lost, broken or cracked gemstones 1 year after purchase.

Scratches and general wear are all a normal occurrence in gold and silver jewellery due to the metal’s softness. Loss of shape can occur from constant rubbing and banging on the inside of your ring if not treated with care. Avoid heavy lifting, friction and banging to your ring where possible.

DEPOSITS

Deposits are non-refundable.

Final payments must be paid within 1 week of product completion.
